Edudoor Teaching Job Fair
These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants, including Employers (Schools/Institutions) and Job Seekers (Candidates) attending the Edudoor Teaching Job Fair.
A. General Terms (Applicable to All Participants)
1. No Job or Hiring Guarantee
Participation in the job fair does not guarantee interview shortlisting, job selection, or hiring for candidates, nor does it guarantee successful recruitment for employers.
2. Role of Edudoor
Edudoor acts solely as an event organizer and recruitment facilitator. Edudoor does not influence, participate in, or control hiring decisions, salary structures, employment terms, or post-event outcomes.
3. Event Disclaimer
Edudoor Teaching Job Fair is organized exclusively to provide a platform for interaction between private educational institutions and job-seeking candidates.
Edudoor does not guarantee interviews, job offers, selection, or employment outcomes for any participant.
All recruitment decisions, salary negotiations, employment terms, and post-selection processes are the sole responsibility of the participating employer and the candidate.
Edudoor shall not be held responsible or liable for any disputes, losses, damages, claims, or consequences arising before, during, or after the event, including but not limited to:
- Interview outcomes
- Offer issuance or withdrawal
- Joining or non-joining
- Termination or compensation
- Changes in job role or location
Participation in the event is voluntary. By attending, all employers and candidates agree that Edudoor will not act as a mediator, guarantor, or legal authority in any employment-related matter.
4. Right to Modify or Cancel Event
Edudoor reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event, in whole or in part, due to technical issues, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Professional Conduct
All participants must maintain professional behavior, discipline, and mutual respect throughout the event. Any misconduct may result in removal from the event.
B. Terms for Job Seekers (Candidates)
1. Eligibility & Documentation
- Candidates must carry/provide valid government-issued ID proof and an updated resume/CV.
- Meeting eligibility criteria does not ensure interview or selection.
2. Dress Code
- Formal or Semi-Formal attire is mandatory.
- Casual clothing such as shorts, slippers, torn jeans, or inappropriate attire is strictly prohibited.
- Edudoor reserves the right to deny entry or interview access for non-compliance.
3. Interview & Selection Process
- Interviews are conducted directly by employers.
- Selection decisions, salary discussions, appointment letters, and joining timelines are solely determined by the employer.
4. Accuracy of Information
Providing any false, misleading, or incorrect information related to qualifications, experience, or documents may result in immediate disqualification.
5. No Liability on Employment Outcome
Edudoor shall not be responsible for:
- Offer withdrawals
- Salary or benefit disputes
- Changes in job role or location
- Termination, non-joining, or resignation after selection
6. Independent Decision & Due Diligence by Job Seeker
Job seekers acknowledge and agree that if selected by any employer, the decision to accept or join the organization shall be taken entirely at their own discretion and after due consideration.
Candidates are solely responsible for:
- Evaluating the employer and institution
- Understanding salary, work conditions, location, and employment terms
- Verifying the authenticity and suitability of the organization
Edudoor shall not be responsible or liable for the candidate’s decision to accept or reject any offer or for any consequences arising thereafter.
C. Terms for Employers (Schools / Institutions)
1. Employer Responsibilities
Employers are solely responsible for:
- Candidate shortlisting and selection
- Defining salary structure and benefits
- Issuing offer and appointment letters
- Verifying candidate credentials and documents
2. No Hiring Obligation
Participation in the job fair does not obligate employers to hire any candidate.
3. Ethical & Transparent Hiring
Employers must ensure fair, transparent, and professional recruitment practices. Any misconduct or misleading commitments may result in exclusion from future Edudoor events.
4. Accuracy of Job Information
Employers are responsible for providing accurate and complete details regarding job roles, salary range, work location, and employment terms.
D. Fees, Liability & Media
1. Fees & Payments (If Applicable)
All registration or participation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Edudoor shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
3. Photography & Media Consent
By attending the event, participants grant Edudoor permission to use photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event for promotional and official purposes.
4. Right of Admission Reserved
Edudoor reserves the right to grant or deny participation or entry to any individual or organization without prior notice for non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
5. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the job fair implies that both employers and job seekers have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
