Edudoor Teaching Job Fair – Uttar Pradesh Edition (Online)

These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants, including Employers (Schools/Institutions) and Job Seekers (Candidates) participating in the online job fair.

A. General Terms (Applicable to All Participants)

1. No Job or Hiring Guarantee

Participation in the job fair does not guarantee interview shortlisting, job selection, or hiring for candidates, nor does it guarantee successful recruitment for employers.

2. Role of Edudoor

Edudoor acts solely as an event organizer and recruitment facilitator.
Edudoor does not influence, participate in, or control:

• Hiring decisions
• Salary structures
• Employment terms
• Post-selection or post-event outcomes

3. Event Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Edudoor Teaching Job Fair (Online) is organized exclusively to provide a digital interaction platform between private educational institutions and job-seeking candidates.

Edudoor does not guarantee interviews, job offers, selection, or employment outcomes for any participant.

All recruitment decisions, salary negotiations, employment terms, joining formalities, and post-selection processes are the sole responsibility of the participating employer and the candidate.

Edudoor shall not be held responsible or liable for any disputes, losses, damages, claims, or consequences arising before, during, or after the event, including but not limited to:

• Interview results
• Offer issuance or withdrawal
• Joining or non-joining
• Termination or compensation
• Changes in role, salary, or work location

By participating in the online event, all employers and candidates acknowledge and agree that Edudoor will not act as a mediator, guarantor, advisor, or legal authority in any employment-related matter.

4. Right to Modify or Cancel Event

Edudoor reserves the right to modify, reschedule, suspend, or cancel the online event, in whole or in part, due to technical issues, operational requirements, force majeure events, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Professional Conduct (Online)

All participants must maintain professional behavior, respectful communication, and ethical conduct during virtual interactions. Any misconduct, misuse of the platform, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

B. Terms for Job Seekers (Candidates)

1. Eligibility & Documentation

• Candidates must provide valid government-issued ID proof and an updated resume/CV during registration or interview.
• Meeting eligibility criteria does not ensure interview or selection.

2. Online Interview Discipline

• Candidates must join interviews on time using the shared platform link.
• Proper professional attire, camera etiquette, and appropriate communication are mandatory during video interviews.

3. Interview & Selection Process

• Interviews are conducted directly by employers through online mode.
• Selection decisions, salary discussions, appointment letters, and joining timelines are solely decided by the employer.

4. Accuracy of Information

Any false, misleading, or incorrect information related to qualifications, experience, or documents may lead to immediate disqualification.

5. No Liability on Employment Outcome

Edudoor shall not be responsible for:

• Offer withdrawals
• Salary or benefit disputes
• Role or location changes
• Termination, non-joining, or resignation after selection

6. Independent Decision & Due Diligence by Job Seeker

Job seekers acknowledge and agree that if selected by any employer, the decision to accept or join the organization shall be taken entirely at their own discretion and after due consideration.

Candidates are solely responsible for:

• Evaluating the employer and institution
• Understanding salary, work conditions, location, and employment terms
• Verifying the authenticity and suitability of the organization

Edudoor shall not be responsible or liable for the candidate’s decision to accept or reject any offer or for any consequences arising thereafter.

C. Terms for Employers (Schools / Institutions)

1. Employer Responsibilities

Employers are solely responsible for:

• Candidate shortlisting and selection
• Conducting online interviews
• Defining salary structure and benefits
• Issuing offer and appointment letters
• Verifying candidate credentials

2. No Hiring Obligation

Participation in the online job fair does not obligate employers to hire any candidate.

3. Ethical & Transparent Hiring

Employers must ensure fair, transparent, and professional recruitment practices. Any misleading commitments or unethical conduct may lead to exclusion from future Edudoor events.

4. Accuracy of Job Information

Employers are responsible for providing accurate and complete job-related details, including role, salary range, work location, and employment terms.

D. Fees, Technical Responsibility & Media

1. Fees & Payments (If Applicable)

All registration or participation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Technical Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their internet connectivity, devices, software, and system readiness.
Edudoor shall not be liable for disruptions caused due to technical issues at the participant’s end.

3. Media & Recording Consent

By participating, attendees grant Edudoor permission to use screenshots, recordings, photographs, or videos from the online event for promotional, documentation, and official purposes.

4. Right of Admission Reserved

Edudoor reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove participation for non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

5. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the online job fair implies that all employers and candidates have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
